We make sure each guest is pre-screened and we take all precautions in terms of safety and security. Your property becomes our entire responsibility and it is in our best interest to care for it.

INTERIOR QUALITY

A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the entrance of each unit and monitored 24 hours a day. Noise detectors installed in each unit alert our local onsite support staff when noise exceeds a certain noise decibal level.
A smart lock will be installed at each entrance door, generating a new code for each guest and erasing the code upon checkout.

In-House Cleaning Staff

All cleaning staff are hired directly and we do not outsource cleaning to other companies. This allows us to optimally manage our cleaning standards and maintain professional cleanliness during each stay. Our staff is trained to focus on the most miniscule of details because we understand how important cleanliness is for 5 Star Reviews.
